ShopIgniter: Portland's ShopIgniter sold to Seattle company

Portland social advertising firm ShopIgniter is being acquired by Seattle-based Mixpo in a deal that will create a firm specializing in advertising across multiple consumer devices. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. ShopIgniter, which in 2012 had 35 employees but recently stopped disclosing employee count, will continue to have an office in Portland.
