Shopline: SHOPLINE launches new online to offline solution

SHOPLINE, a global smart commerce platform, has launched a new O2O (online to offline) solution that allows merchants to assess online and offline consumer behavior, with the support of CRM and data analytic tools. The new solution aims to enable merchants to integrate online and offline customer data. It also features a Broadcast Center, a marketing automation tool enabling merchants to reach customers via Facebook's chatbot, and a smart analytics dashboard - Shoplytics, which allows merchants to visualize and analyze data related to their store's web traffic, revenue, product performance, customers, marketing and promotion campaign performance in a single dashboard."We found that brands have a hard time merging their online-offline businesses, which results in inconsistent customer experience and scattered customer information across channels. If consumers are unable to get a seamless online and offline brand experience, it lowers their interest to purchase and brings negative impact to a store's operations and growth," said Fiona Lau, COO of SHOPLINE. "However, with SHOPLINE's O2O solution, brands can integrate their online and offline business and get a holistic overview of the customer's entire journey, resulting in revenue growth for merchants."AcquisitionWith SHOPLINE's acquisition of WAPOS, a Taiwan-based retail POS system company, SHOPLINE merchants can now integrate their data and member information from both online and offline stores. This aims to create a unified omni-channel solution for merchants to increase their operational efficiency and sales.WAPOS is a company that focuses on retail POS systems with users from various sectors and industries, including clothing, accessories, consumer electronics, and retail. WAPOS's Co-founder and SHOPLINE's business consultant Will Yau said, "We are thrilled to be a part of SHOPLINE. Our existing customers can continue to use our POS service and sell products globally by leveraging the technology and integrated solution that SHOPLINE provides."
