Short Cressman Blog SCB Historical Highlights: Snapshot Summary of State v. Tribett, 74 Wash. 125 (1913)

The turn of the century saw Seattle settling down after the chaos of the gold rush. Many of the neighborhoods across the city started to grow, and in order to access the neighborhoods, tramlines were extended out from downtown. One of the first cases for SCB founder George Rummens was defending a streetcar conductor employed by Puget Sound Traction, Light & Power Company.
