Sigel’s: Twin Liquors buys North Texas competitor out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy

Twin Liquors has purchased Sigel's Beverages, a North Texas competitor that's more than a century old. The Austin-based chain of liquor stores bought all of the operating assets for Sigel's out of bankruptcy in a deal that closed June 29, Melanie Goolsby, an attorney with Pronske Goolsby & Kathman PC, told the Dallas Business Journal.
