Sigma Plastics Group: Sigma buys JR liner business as JR focuses on decks

One of North America's largest film and sheet makers, Sigma Plastics Group, is buying a business unit from JR Plastics, which said it's divesting its institutional can liner unit to focus on a growing polymer decking business.
