SignUp4: Cvent acquires Atlanta's SignUp4 for $22.4 million

Cvent Inc. bought event management software company SignUp4 LLC for $22.4 million. Tysons Corner, Va.-based Cvent (NYSE: CVT) said it expects SignUp4 to contribute $1.5 million in revenue for the remainder of 2015.
