Silver Legacy: Gregg Carano appointed new post at Eldorado Resorts

Gregg Carano has been appointed senior vice president, general manager of the Eldorado Resort Casino Reno, Silver Legacy Resort Casino and Circus Circus Reno, collectively known as the Reno Tri-Properties.
