Simpliance: Former Naval Commander Anil DSouza sells stake in Simpliance

Former Naval Commander Anil Prem DSouza, his investment firm Cbensol, and cofounder Hansa Sharma have exited Simpliance Technologies, a Bengaluru-based tech startup engaged in processing labour compliances for firms. They sold their combined stake to Aparajita for Rs 28 crore. DSouza founded Simpliance in 2015 in which business services provider Quess Corp held a 52% stake a time. In October 2022, Quess sold its entire stake in Simpliance to HR compliance services company Aparajitha Corporate Services for an enterprise value of Rs 120 crore.
