Simpson Door: Door manufacturer opens new facility in Ensley

A Washington-based manufacturer and supplier of high-end wooden doors has opened its own doors in Birmingham. Simpson Door Co. recently opened its first facility outside of Washington at 2700 Thirteenth St. in Ensley. The 30,000-square-foot distribution center has three employees reaching the company's growing base of Southeast customers.
