Snyder's-Lance: Huntersville tire distributor hires former Snyder's-Lance general counsel

American Tire Distributors has named former Snyder's-Lance Inc. corporate counsel Gail Sharps Myers as its general counsel. Myers replaces J. Michael Gaither, who's retiring after 27 years with ATD. She also gets the additional titles of chief compliance officer and corporate secretary at ATD, which is based in Huntersville.
