A Beaverton company that raised solid rounds at two points during the late 2000s recession, while many of its competitors stumbled, has a new publicly traded partner. Avnera Corp. was sold to Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: SWKS), the companies said Monday morning.
