CTG is expanding its global reach as the IT company said Thursday it has acquired SOFT Company, based in Paris. Buffalo-based CTG paid $16.5 million in cash for the consulting and engineering company. Officials said the addition of SOFT will add approximately $30 million in annualized revenue.
