Softopper: Kinderhook-backed Bestop buys Softopper

Bestop Inc, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries LLC, said June 4 that it acquired Softopper LLC. Financial terms weren't announced. Softopper, of Boulder, Colorado, designs, makes and distributes convertible soft tops for light-duty pickup trucks and SUV's.
