Sogeclair Aerospace: French aerospace firm takes control of MSB Ressources

Philippe Robardey and his top executives were in Montreal on Thursday to sign a deal to buy 80 per cent of Boucherville's MSB Design Inc. and sister company MSB Ressources Globales Inc., for between $13 million and $15 million.
