Sourcery: Lavu acquires Bay Area tech startup

Albuquerque restaurant point-of-sale and services company Lavu has acquired Sourcery, a Bay Area tech startup that provides an accounts payable solution and helps manage operations. The deal closed last week for an undisclosed amount after three months of negotiations. Sourcery General Manager Teri Wilson said it will bring needed food service expertise to Sourcery, and a more inclusive platform to customers.
