CARAMEL APPLE CIDER SAUCEIngredients2 c. Apple Cider1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar2 Tbs. Butter1 tsp. VanillaInstructions Place apple cider and brown sugar in a sauce pan and whisk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow the mixture to simmer until it thickens to a syrup like consistency. Remove from heat and slowly whisk in butter and vanilla. The sauce can be used immediately but allowing it to cool will result in a thicker consistency.
