SP+: Metropolis Technologies expands Nashville 'co-headquarters' after $1.8 billion purchase of SP Plus

The company acquired Nashville-based Premier Parking (and its 30,000 local parking spaces) in 2022. Two years later, this $1.8 billion purchase is adding 55 more Nashville locations - and leading to an expansion of its "co-headquarters."
