Spancrete: Wells Concrete acquires Wisconsin manufacturer Spancrete

Spancrete, a Waukesha-based precaster and machinery manufacturer, has been acquired by Wells Concrete, the fifth-largest precaster in the U.S. With the acquisition, Maple Grove-based Wells Concrete becomes the largest precaster in the Midwest. The company has facilities in Canada, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Colorado.
