Scottsdale, Ariz., Feb. 4, 2016 -- Spark Analytics, a leading provider of cloud-based predictive analytic solutions for the retail and food service industries, was named by EKN Research as one of the top five “under the radar” retail technology solution providers at the 2016 National Retail Federation (NRF) BIG Show in January. More than 3,500 retail and hospitality corporations were represented at the expo, held at the Jacob J. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan.
