Ares Management LP and Specht Development Inc have acquired an industrial facility in Milwaukie, Oregon for $48.5 million. The deal closed October 26, 2018. The property is currently being used as a distribution center for grocery wholesaler and retailer SUPERVALU, which will continue to occupy the facility.
