A Charlotte developer has expanded the land it owns near the Nashville Sounds ballpark north of downtown Nashville, where it's planning a 310-unit apartment complex. Spectrum Properties paid $1.2 million for 0.54 acres of land on Third Avenue North - a 15 percent expansion of the land the company already owned.
