Spectrum Vision Partners: The Mackool Eye Institute Joins Spectrum Vision Partners as Management Group Announces Second Partnership Deal This Week

GARDEN CITY, N.Y.-Spectrum Vision Partners (SVP), a leading management services organization, announced that it has entered into an agreement with The Mackool Eye Institute and Laser Center (MEI). Since 1978, Mackool Eye Institute has been a leader in cataract, glaucoma and cornea procedures, providing comprehensive eyecare and surgical services to patients from New York, the surrounding states and "from around the world [at its offices] in Astoria, N.Y.," the announcement noted. The terms of the transaction with SVP, a private equity-backed management services organization, were not disclosed.
