SpoonRocket: SpoonRocket finds buyer in Brazilian startup iFood

SpoonRocket, the on-demand food delivery service that shut down earlier this week, has found a buyer in Brazil-based iFood, the company said late Wednesday. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
