A former Sport Chalet store near Interstate 17 and Happy Valley Road in far north Phoenix is getting a new tenant. Scottsdale-based Mountainside Fitness is taking over the space and will open its 15th location there in the north Valley. The space is at Happy Valley Towne Center.
