Spreadtrum: Unigroup Spreadtrum & RDA builds science park in Xiamen
As China's largest chipmaker, Unigroup Spreadtrum & RDA expects to roll out its 12nm chip solutions in 2019 and 7nm chipsets in 2020 to support AI, autonomous driving, cloud and edge computing applications, aiming to become the world's leading IC designer in the near future, according to the firm's CEO Adam Zeng.
