Springsted: Springsted, Baker Tilly and Umbaugh merging into one

Springsted Inc., Baker Tilly Virchow Krause and Umbaugh and Associates are merging into one unit, according to the three companies. St. Paul-based Springsted, Chicago-based Baker Tilly (which has a large presence in the Twin Cities,) and Indianapolis-based Umbaugh all specialize in financial services.
