Sprint: Sprint and T-Mobile Ask Court to Void FCC Data-Sharing Fines

Sprint Corp. and T-Mobile USA Inc. asked an appeals court to throw out fines from the Federal Communications Commission issued after the regulator found the companies illegally shared customers' location information without consent.
