Squar Milner: Another S.F. accounting firm swept up in industry consolidation

Southern California's Squar Milner has joined forces with San Francisco-based Louie & Wong, marking its second deal with a San Francisco firm this year. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The combination is effective Feb. 1, when Louie & Wong begins operating under the Squar Milner name.
