SSM Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center: Cardinal Glennon acquires South Grand building

SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital has acquired a property just across South Grand from its main campus. The hospital purchased the now-vacant building that previously was home to the Amanda Luckett Murphy Hopewell Center at 1500-1506 S. Grand Blvd. Cardinal Glennon also purchased the adjacent parking lot at 1501-1507 Carr Lane Ave., paying a total of $900,000 for the two properties, according to city of St. Louis real estate records.
