STAPLETON: Two Colorado communities make 'best-selling master-planned communities' list

Two Denver communities made the top-selling master-planned communities list put out by Washington, D.C.-based Robert Charles Lesser & Co. Stapleton was ranked ninth, and The Meadows landed in spot 49. Stapleton, which is almost 20 years into its development, has 30,000 residents, 12 neighborhoods, more than 50 parks and 18 schools.
