Starmount: Infor to buy Austin software company Starmount

Starmount Inc., an Austin company that develops software for retailers, has agreed to be purchased by Infor Inc., a large New York-based enterprise software firm. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Starmount brings point-of-sale, mobile shopping assistant and store inventory management software to the merger.
