Starpoint: Day & Zimmermann's Yoh buys New York staffing firm

Staffing and outsourcing firm Yoh Co. said it has acquired New York's Starpoint Solutions to add scale, industry diversity and geographic reach. A subsidiary of Day & Zimmermann, Yoh has more than 8,000 employees, including 125 in its Philadelphia headquarters, spread around 30 U.S. locations. Starpoint adds 800 employees, including 25 in Trevose as well as a small Center City sales office that will be folded into Yoh's headquarters at 1500 Spring Garden Street.
