Dear Charles:My elderly mother lives alone in the Hampton Virginia area. She's been receiving phone calls from people claiming to be working for Medicare. They are telling her that they need her Medicare number and bank information so they can issue her a new "national medical card." I've assured her this is a scam, but I know she is still worried. I've tried researching the Affordable Care Act (ACA) myself and have accidentally stumbled on to websites that I don't think are legit!Bottom line - what changes does ACA bring to Medicare?Donald in Dayton, Ohio
