Sterling: UniGroup acquires U.K. relocation services firm

UniGroup, parent company of United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit, has acquired U.K.-based Sterling Relocation for an undisclosed sum. The deal, which closed June 30, brings UniGroup a range of relocation consulting, assignment management, immigration, supply chain management and other services, company officials said Tuesday.
