Stone Crossing, a 276-unit apartment property in Huntsville, recently sold for $15.1 million. David Oakley and David Etchison, both of Birmingham's Berkadia Real Estate Advisors, represented Engel Stone Crossing LLC, the seller in the transaction. The buyer was Stone Crossing 2014 LLC. Stone Crossing is a two-story garden-style community with an average unit size of 733 square feet, according to a press release.
