STR, Inc: CoStar Group signs downtown lease, ditches suburban office

CoStar Group is ditching its suburban office for a new downtown address. After acquiring hotel analytics firm STR in 2019, the company is leaving its Hendersonville headquarters and moving into a Capitol View office building, according to sources involved in the deal.
