StreetShares: MeridianLink Buys StreetShares
Costa Mesa-based software developer MeridianLink said last week that it has acquired StreetShares, a provider of small business lending technology to banks and credit unions. Financial details of the deal were not announced. MeridianLink is a provider of software for financial institutions and consumer reporting agencies. The company is led by CEO Nicolaas Vlok.
