Sundog: After hinting at more M&A, Perficient to acquire $14M marketing agency

St. Louis-based IT services and consulting firm Perficient said Monday that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Sundog Interactive, a marketing and technology consulting agency based in Fargo, North Dakota. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close later this month, were not disclosed.
