Suntec REIT: Suntec REIT to issue SGD175 million in notes under Euro medium term programme

Suntec REIT has announced the proposed issuance of SGD175 million worth of notes under its USD2 billion Euro medium term securities programme. The notes, which carry a coupon rate of 3.40%, will be due in 2031, the REIT disclosed on 20 March.
