Louisville-based SuperFan Inc. has been acquired by PrestoSports, an all-in-one sports technology platform in college athletics out of Gilbert, Arizona. The financial terms of the deal are not being released. SuperFan's founders and all employees will continue operating as part of the new company keeping operations Louisville.
