General Atomics announced on 13 November that it had acquired the majority of the assets of Surrey Satellite Technology US. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Colorado-based Surrey Satellite Technology US was created in 2008 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of UK firm Surrey Satellite Technology
