Swissotel: Accor boosts Shanghai presence with Swisstel Shanghai Hongqiao set to open in 2026

Accor announced the signing of the new Swissôtel Shanghai Hongqiao, located within the burgeoning Shanghai Hongqiao Gubei Business Development Area, adjacent to the Caohejing Economic and Technological Development Zone. This prime location will appeal to both business and leisure travelers, offering easy access to downtown offices, shopping, and entertainment. With 249 guestrooms, the hotel will feature 62 Swissôtel Living apartments for guests who wish to settle in and extend their stay in Shanghai. Swissôtel Shanghai Hongqiao is set to open in mid 2026.
