Systems Maintenance Services: THL and Summit to sell SMS to Partners Group

Partners Group has agreed to acquire Charlotte, North Carolina-based Systems Maintenance Services, a provider of IT infrastructure services. The sellers are Thomas H. Lee Partners LP and Summit Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Goodwin Procter LLP and KPMG LLP are advising Partners Group on the deal while William Blair is advising SMS.
