T.F. Hudgins: PE-backed T.F. Hudgins acquires Pro-Line Inspections

T.F. Hudgins, a portfolio company of The CapStreet Group, has acquired Simi Valley, California-based Pro-Line Inspections Inc, a multi-industry predictive maintenance firm that specializes in the use of infrared and ultrasound inspection technologies. No financial terms were disclosed.
