TAC: TACenergy Acquires Petroleum Distribution Business of IPC

TACenergy of Dallas, a division of The Arnold Companies, has acquired the U.S. wholesale petroleum distribution business of IPC of Santa Ana, California. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
