It is really easy to make and they are dried already, so it will last for long time. I tasted this powder, it is already delicious. I think this powder will be my best friend in the kitchen.You can use it when you makeing soup, (put them in small bag like tea), or when you sautee vegetables, fried rice or noodle. You can mix into salada dressing, too.
