The Board of Directors of TDM Berhad announce that the Board Risk and Compliance Committee had been re-designated and now known as Board Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Committee ("BRCC") with effect from 27 August 2023. The composition of the BRCC is as follows: Encik Mohd Kamaruzaman bin A Wahab (Chairman); Tuan Haji Mazli Zakuan bin Mohd Noor (Member); Tuan Haji Burhanuddin Hilmi bin Mohamed @ Harun (Member); Tuan Haji Azlan bin Md Alifiah (Member); Tuan Haji Samiun bin Salleh (Member).
