Team Companies: Cast & Crew To Acquire The TEAM Companies

Burbank-based Cast & Crew, which provides payroll software and services to the entertainment industry, said last week that it has signed a deal to acquire The Team Companies, a developer of payroll and production management services to the advertising, music and concert tours and live events industries. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. TEAM (Tours Entertainment Advertising & Music) had been owned by TorQuest Partners, and was based in Los Angeles, with regional offices in New York, Detroit, Portland, and Toronto.
