TechCrunch Blog Spark, Mayfield, and Kleiner Perkins pour another $75M into AI data center chipmaker Retym

Retym, a U.S. chipmaker with Israeli roots, has raised a fresh $75 million series D led by James Kuklinski of Spark Capital.
