Teralytics: MPRD and Bureau Plattner in the acquisition of SBM-IRFI by Gemkom

Gemkom , a Turkish steel engineering company, assisted by MPRD & Partners , has acquired 100% of the equity investments of SBM-IRFI , a Brescia-based company specialized in the design, construction and assembly of medium-heavy carpentry for sectors such as steel, petrochemical, energy, which partners were advised by Bureau Plattner and Fante Group.
